SOCSO — Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial (PERKESO) in Bahasa Malaysia — pays recurring monthly benefits to insured workers and their dependants. Payments are made directly to recipients' bank accounts following the schedule above, which applies to every scheme including the invalidity pension and survivors' pension.

Invalidity pension

When does SOCSO pay benefits each month in 2026?

SOCSO (PERKESO) credits monthly benefit payments — including the invalidity pension and survivors' pension — at the start of each month, usually around the 3rd to 5th. When that date falls on a weekend or public holiday, payment is brought forward to the previous working day.

Which SOCSO benefits follow this payment schedule?

All recurring monthly benefits follow the same schedule: invalidity pension (pencen ilat), survivors' pension (pencen penakat), permanent disablement benefit, dependants' benefit and constant-attendance allowance.
